WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a HASSLE FREE REFUND POLICY. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please do not hesitate to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Furthermore we completely stand by the quality of our products and If you receive your order and it isn't up to scratch we will replace it, swap it for something else, give you a store credit or refund your order in total. It's your choice and we promise that we will make it right without giving you the run around. 

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

Most of our products are made to order and are made right here in America. Our clothing items are custom designed and will be produced once your order is submitted, this normally takes 24-72 hours before shipping out to you. You will receive a tracking number once your order leaves our shop.  

Please note our tactical gear products are shipped directly from the factory and delivery time is 2-3 weeks. We ship these items direct to keep prices down and thus offering you the lowest price we can.

Every item sold in our store will have a tracking number as soon as your item has on it's way. 

I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER BUT IT WON'T TRACK?

Sometimes there are delays from USPS system from when they pick up the items and allocate a tracking number to actually being able to track via the internet. Please give it 24 hours to begin tracking. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Most items should be received within 4-7 days after receiving your order, this may be a little longer for international delivery outside of the U.S.

WHERE ARE MY PRODUCTS COMING FROM?

Almost all our products are custom designed and made right here in the USA - this includes T-shirts, Leggings, Mugs, Canvas art and more. Sometimes we run specials on tactical gear at very low prices, and with these items they are generally shipped direct from the factory in China. 

We strive to stock U.S made products whenever we can. Sometimes this isn't doable due to cost of the product or it's simply not produced in America. 

WILL BUYING FROM MIL-SPEC CUSTOMS HELP DESTROY TERRORISTS?
